How Every Job Proceeds
Three services, but one method. Before any work begins we assess what we have. When we know what is needed, we confirm scope and price with you. Only then does bench work start. The piece does not move to the next phase until the current one is complete and recorded. On return, the job sheet travels with the piece.

Service 01 · RM 440
Timekeeping Assessment
A bench appraisal measuring rate, amplitude and beat error in six positions, checking the case for water ingress and reporting on lubrication age. Written for owners who are unsure whether a piece needs full work or only adjustment. The assessment takes three working days and the fee is credited against any service booked within sixty days. The report is plain language, with a chart of readings and a short note on what each figure means.

Service 02 · RM 1,320
Crystal & Dial Renewal
Replacement of scratched or chipped crystals with correct-profile sapphire or acrylic, plus gentle dial cleaning, hand relume where the original compound has failed, and correction of loose or misaligned indices. Aimed at daily-wear pieces where legibility has suffered. Turnaround is two to three weeks. Includes new gaskets, pressure testing to the original depth rating, and a written record of every part exchanged.

Service 03 · RM 3,980
Complication Overhaul
Full service of chronograph, calendar and moon phase modules, including column wheel or cam inspection, jumper spring renewal, and re-timing of the switching sequence. Intended for owners of layered mechanical pieces that have drifted or stopped resetting cleanly. The bench schedule runs six to ten weeks. Delivered with a module-level parts list, timing traces from before and after, and a 24-month service coverage period.

Protocols Across All Services
Job Sheet from Intake
Opened the moment a piece arrives. All findings, actions and measurements are entered as work proceeds.
Parts Approval Before Ordering
Wear parts requiring replacement are identified and priced. No substitution proceeds without your confirmation.
Secure Individual Storage
Each piece is labelled and stored in its own tray when not on the bench. No overnight unsecured storage.
Tracked Returns
All postal returns are sent via tracked, signed-for courier. Tracking reference is shared at despatch.
Handover Document
Job sheet accompanies the piece. Every measurement and part is recorded. Keep it for the next technician who sees the watch.
Postal Intake Option
Clients outside Penang may post pieces with pre-confirmed scope. Packaging guidance provided on request.
